REBRANDING INSPIRED BY THE TEAM WORK OF GEESE

For our collaboration with ARKI Group, we were entrusted with a complete brand transformation that extended across the parent company and its subsidiaries. The project centered on building a unified visual identity system—one that could stand strong as a master brand while allowing each sub-brand to maintain its own distinct voice.

At the heart of the concept was a powerful natural inspiration: the goose. Known for its resilience and intelligence, the goose became the symbolic foundation of the brand. More specifically, we drew from the way geese travel in formation—flying together in a “V” shape, working as a collective to reduce resistance and conserve energy. This behavior translated seamlessly into a brand narrative built on efficiency, collaboration, and forward momentum.

From this core idea, we designed a master logo that captured the essence of motion, alignment, and unity.

This central mark then became the blueprint for the wider identity system. Each of the eight subsidiary logos was crafted as an extension of the main identity—visually connected through form, rhythm, and geometry, yet distinct enough to represent their individual functions within the group.

The result is a cohesive brand ecosystem where every element feels part of a larger journey—moving together with purpose, direction, and strength. Balancing strategy with simplicity, the system reflects both the individuality of each entity and the collective power of the group as a whole.
