UPLIFTING CROISSANT DE PARIS ONLINE PRESENCE
Our objective was clear, for both Zouk and Mayrouba’s branches: elevate the brand’s digital presence while driving consistent footfall and positioning it as a go-to destination in its category.
We started by unifying the brand’s voice and visual identity across platforms, ensuring consistency while still allowing each branch to maintain its local relevance. The content strategy focused on high-quality, appetite-driven visuals, product highlights, and daily offerings that resonate with both loyal customers and new audiences. This was paired with timely, engaging captions and active community management to strengthen customer connection and retention.
On the advertising front, we deployed targeted campaigns tailored to each branch’s geographic audience, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions. Through continuous testing and refinement, we were able to generate strong brand awareness and a steady flow of customer inquiries and in-store visits.
Beyond social media, we took full ownership of the brand’s presence on Google Maps, optimizing listings for both locations. This included enhancing visuals, updating information, managing reviews, and improving overall SEO performance. In less than a year, Croissant de Paris achieved top visibility rankings on Google Maps within its areas, becoming one of the most prominent listings in both Zouk and Mayrouba.
